In addition to the successful Indicorps program, Indify has three major programs that it aims to progressively implement over the course of the next few years:

1) Indicorps - a competitive fellowship program designed to build confident leaders that have an interest in community service, India, and the courage to undertake new challenges. Focus: college graduates and professionals (no age restrictions). See Indicorps for more details.

a. Senior Corps – a program tailored to late-career and retired Indian-Americans that are interested in contributing their personal and professional skills in service to India. Focus: Mature professionals and retirees. Visit the Senior Corps section of the Indicorps website.

b. Short-Term volunteering – a program that connects Indian organizations with willing Indian-Americans for volunteer opportunities in a timeframe of 6 weeks to 6 months. Focus: Professionals with skills to offer. Visit the Short-Term volunteer program section of the Indicorps website.

2) Indify Leadership Academy - an accredited summer residential summer program where aspiring young Indian-American leaders can learn about their cultures, other communities, history, empowerment, social activism, and what it takes to make a difference. Indify is currently considering offering programs in both America and India. Visit www.campindia.org for updated information. Focus: participants in middle and high school, counselors in college and beyond.

3) Alternative community activities - Indify plans to start organizing activities that bring the community together and encourages participation in cities across the country. Indify's programs will include monthly basketball/volleyball tournaments, Indian-American sports leagues and clinics, ski/camping trips, public service projects, yoga/meditation, language courses, discussion groups, writing circles, etc. Focus: entire community.

4) Generational mentoring program - a national program to bring young professional Indian-Americans into mentoring relationships with high-school students who can benefit from their experiences growing up in America. The program will be centered on activities such as outdoor trips, outings to sports events, concerts, games, etc. It is aimed at building mutually beneficial relationships, where the mentor has a chance to give back to his/her community, and mentees get role models and a wealth of experience. Focus: mentors will be young professionals, mentees will be in middle and high school.
